Can we install parts not purchased through us?
Yes, you can bring us any parts of us to install, new or used. However, we cannot warranty any parts thats were not purchased through us. We also not responsible for any vehicle downtime do to part inaccuracy. Future more if there is a failure do to that part you will be charge the labor to remove and replace the failed part.
Thus we highly suggest purchase the parts through us.
Is there a restocking fee on returns
Yes, there is a 20% restocking fee on any and all returns made on any parts sold by Valley Offroad.
